Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager at a cloud kitchen located in the Greater Delhi Area. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, managing kitchen staff, maintaining quality standards, inventory control, ensuring proper workflow, and meeting operational goals. Additionally, you will work to optimize efficiency, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and address operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food & beverage or logistics industry is a must (4-7 years)
- Strong skills in Operations Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvements
- Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Staff Training
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Coordination
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in any field
