Duties & Responsibilities
KEY DELIVERABLES
Responsibilities
- Work with Head TM F&A to Identify training needs (TNI) & roll out of learning calendar
- Support TM Head in designing framework and rollout of customized programs for identified talent
- Liaison and collaborate with all the stakeholders both internal and external to drive learning.
- Assist drive learning journey & track application of learning through connects with participants.
- Maintain training data & reports & produce as & when required.
- Manage LMS
