Key Responsibilities
Proposal & RFP Management
- Support the Business Development team in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders
- Coordinate end-to-end proposal development including scope understanding, content creation, pricing inputs, and final submission
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, solutioning, finance, legal, operations) to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, branding guidelines, and internal quality standards
- Maintain proposal templates, case studies, credentials, and reusable content repositories
Sales Support & Enablement
- Assist sales teams with pitch decks, presentations, capability documents, and client-specific materials
- Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and account profiling to support sales pursuits
- Track proposal status, follow-ups, and outcomes; prepare summary reports and dashboards
- Support bid strategy discussions by consolidating inputs and preparing documentation
Process & Coordination
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Maintain records of submitted proposals, win/loss data, and lessons learned
- Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and best practices
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements related to bids and proposals
