Qualification
Academic: Minimum qualification- B.Sc/ B.Tech/ B.Com/ B.A
Technical / Professional: MBA (Marketing)
Languages: English and Hindi (Speaking Tamil will be considered as an extra skill)

Required Skill Set
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Assistant Manager for Sales and Business
Development of Industrial Chemicals and Minerals. If you have below required skill set, we
would like to meet you.
High level of self-motivation, persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly behaviour with a passion to travel
extensively (10-12 days per month in field)
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the Chemical, Minerals or Metals industry
Excellent communications skills
Strong computer skills, expertise in MS Excel to prepare datasheets and analysis
Proficiency in English, be able to correspond independently
Ability to analyse data and create high quality reports
Job Description / Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities with the help of available data and
networking
Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure budgeting of stock for sales (monthly and yearly)
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting;
maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
Making multiple outbound calls to potential customers; closing sales and working
with the customer through the closing process
Minimum Relevant Experience
5 Yrs.
Compensation range
Rs. 10 Lacs to 15 Lacs per annum
