Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day floor operations in our casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, support staff on the floor, and maintain a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure efficient service flow
• Supervise and support waitstaff during service hours
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for seamless operations
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
• Assist in staff scheduling and basic training
Requirements:
• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience: 4-5 years minimum
• Salary-27000-30000/- Negotiable
