We, The Human Circle 🌍🔴 are looking for *Asst. Manager R&D* for one of our clients based out of Delhi.
Location- *Delhi*
CTC-*15LPA*
Experience-5 to 7 years in
Job Profile-:
To develop innovative & exciting products across a wide range of personal care and cosmetics categories
based on innovative concepts, market trends & customer requirements;
• Market research & analysis to identify trends and the most current fashions (cosmetics). This will include
trends in packaging, fashion, colors and new product formats;
• Provide regular competitor analysis and reports from the internet to identify emerging trends / ideas;
• Linking up with Brand teams to improve knowledge of our different markets, and feed these insights into
NPD process;
• Initiating and managing the NPD/ R&D process from start and holding responsibility & accountability for
timely delivery and high quality in the end product;
• Holding relevant departments accountable for delivery of inputs to ensure on time delivery of the
Projects;
• Developing concept briefs based on market insights & customer requirements;
• Linking up with R&D, Purchase & sales teams to ensure as many relevant insights are brought into the
R&D process, all the way through to getting the product ready to be produced;
• Will be dealing with a large number of categories, and a very rapid new product pipeline;
• Working with relevant departments to ensure we can match product briefs to costing targets;
• Building and improving internal processes & systems, to make the R&D process effective & efficient;
• Assessing all current own label ranges, to identify product gaps, and areas for improvement
Education-
M.S. Ayurveda /BAMS
Masters/B.Sc in Cosmetic Technology from reputable university
Experience-
5-8 overall experience of R&D in Naturals, Ayurveda, Personal Care
• Conversant with R & D,
• quality control, scale up to final production
• R&D Activities: New product development, Product stabilization, QC control, scale-ups, maintaining
technical records, supporting production department, interacting with vendors, etc.
• Conversant with Technical standards
• Have worked in various types of color cosmetics, skin foundation, etc.
• Have hands on experience in emulsification, micro-emulsions, Nano emulsions, etc.
