Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Assistant Manager - Operations. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, manage team performance, and implement process improvements. Responsibilities include inventory management, workflow optimization, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with various teams to meet operational objectives. The role also involves analyzing data for operational efficiency and addressing any logistical or operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food & beverage or logistics industry is a must (4-7 years)
- Strong skills in Operations Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvements
- Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Staff Training
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Coordination
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must be available for a F2F round of interview at our corporate office in Bangalore
