Role Description
The Assistant Manager - NPD (Medical Devices) will oversee the new product development process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing clinical research, collaborating with medical affairs teams, providing training, and contributing to medical research initiatives. The role demands close coordination with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch innovative medical devices. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sadar.
- 6+ years of experience is required in NPD Department in Medical Devices industry.
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Medical Affairs
- Competence in Training and guiding teams in healthcare-related technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Clinical Research and Research methodologies related to medical device development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in regulatory and compliant-driven environments, especially in medical equipment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is advantageous
