- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential luxury property buyers and investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable luxury residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and high-end client presentations.
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain records and sales reports.
- Stay updated on luxury real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams for seamless transaction completion.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and premium client engagement activities.
