Assistant Manager/ Manager - Content and Digital Marketing who can bolster our digital footprint across multi-sectoral stakeholders and KOLs – online and at scale. This role functions as an "autonomous growth pod," owning the entire lifecycle of Karkinos’ content development and digital authority—from brand, human, and scientific storytelling to performance conversion.

Job Description - Assistant Manager/Manager (Content and Digital Marketing)
- Location: Navi Mumbai (on-site)
- Experience: 4-6 years as a creator- marketer, ideally within healthcare, biotech, health-tech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Reporting to: Head- Marketing and Communications
Position Karkinos brand online:
- Shape how we are seen on digital platforms, turn our clinical milestones, research and impact stories into content that builds trust and recall in oncology and genomics.
Plan, create & execute digital content end-to-end:
- Write, structure, and publish across formats and platforms. You will largely create independently, so being self-driven matters.
Run high-impact social media:
- Build an active community around oncology and genomics through high-frequency, sharp, timely and relevant content & digital platforms. Use trending formats and clinical news cycles to grow organic reach.
Drive growth through digital marketing:
- Plan and run B2B, B2B2C and D2C campaigns, track CAC, ROAS and conversion.
Use AI to work smarter:
- Rigorously adopt gen AI tools and workflow automations to speed up content production, quality and speed of delivery.
Science, brand & business strengthening narratives:
- You connect the dots across clinical, technical, and business domains. You use logical inference and simple, modern analogies to turn complex data into intuitive stories that any audience segment understands immediately.
Essential Attributes (Skills):
- Full-stack content creation, distribution and impact measurement
- Hands-on with SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, analytics dashboards, & CMS tools
- Ability to translate deep-tech/clinical data into relatable analogies
- Expertise in B2B/B2C/D2C funnel architecture and algorithm hacking
- Proficiency in deploying AI Agents for workflow automation
- Ability to operate independently in a high-growth ambitious environment
