Designation : Asst Manager / Manager – Sales & BD (Colour & Additive Masterbatches)
Job Location: Chembur- MUMBAI
Salary : As per industry standards depending on Experience & Exposure in selling masterbatches
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics / Polymer Technology / CIPET
- Candidates must have a min of 2-3 years experience in selling Colour & Additive Masterbatches / Chemical Foaming Agents (CFA) / PCR
- Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Preference to candidates residing in and around Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, Convert & onboard Customers for the above products.
- May be required to handle other emerging business products
- Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
- Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
- Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
- Timely customer support for trials and development
- Identify changes in business dynamics, market place opportunities, competitive threats, supply position etc.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications.
- Travel Pan India for business activities
