Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager in HR & Talent Acquisition within the Pharma domain. The role includes overseeing talent acquisition processes from end-to-end, implementing HR strategies and policies, managing employee lifecycle processes, and fostering employee engagement. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the pharmaceutical domain
- Strong skills in Employee Engagement, Communication, and Conflict Resolution to enhance workplace relationships
- Expertise in HR Policies, Labor Law Compliance, and Compensation Management
- Experience in Learning and Development programs and fostering organizational growth
- Ability to manage payroll, HR operations, and performance evaluations effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare domain is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms is a plus
