Roles & Responsibility -
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, etc.)
Timely payments and returns filling under all labor acts.
Timely reply to all notices received from gout. officials.
Coordinate with consultant for day to day compliance activities.
Keep updated with all amendments in labor laws and implement.
Maintain payroll and statutory compliance trackers and reports.
Knowledge of end to end payroll processing.
Desired Qualification & Experience -
5+ years of experience in statutory compliance and Payroll.
Any graduate/Post Graduate. MBA/MSW will be preferred.

4 Το 5 LPA (Including variable)
CTC can be offer higher depending on experience.
