We are seeking a highly organized and guest-centric
Travel & Hospitality Specialist to oversee end-to-end travel logistics and premium guest services. You will be responsible for creating seamless, customized travel experiences, managing international vendor relationships, and ensuring all services are delivered within project budgets. The ideal candidate acts as a primary point of contact for guests, resolving complex logistics clashes with professionalism and ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium Client Servicing: Meet with guests to identify specific travel needs and preferences; provide expert advice on international destinations, transportation modes, and optimal accommodation options.
- End-to-End Travel Planning: Research and secure flights, hotels, and ground transportation; manage customized itineraries from inception to completion, including airport services and professional tour guides.
- VIP Guest Services: Serve as the first point of contact for guests; manage check-ins, reservations, and personalized amenities while professionally resolving inquiries or concerns.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Process payments, manage invoicing, and handle Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) requests; maintain meticulous guest records and ensure consistent project budget savings.
- International Logistics & Coordination: Liaise with global vendors to secure optimal rates and arrangements; collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any scheduling clashes.
- Industry & Safety Compliance: Stay current on global travel trends, visa regulations, and local safety measures to provide informed and secure travel recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in hospitality management, travel coordination, or a related high-touch guest service role.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using global booking systems, travel management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Logistics Mastery: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-leg international itineraries.
- Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs through vendor negotiation.
