Job Description – Assistant Manager / Manager Finance
Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance
Location: Gurugram (On-Site)
CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly trusted, and execution-oriented finance professional to work closely with the Family Office and leadership team in structuring and consolidating multiple businesses across a diversified ecosystem comprising nearly 30 entities.
This role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on execution and requires an individual who can independently drive financial processes, coordinate across stakeholders, and contribute towards building scalable financial structures for long-term business growth.
The selected candidate will also work closely with Barrel & Bloom Private Limited, which is currently in a rapid growth and expansion phase within the liquor and beverage industry. The role offers a unique opportunity to become a long-term strategic finance partner and contribute towards shaping the future of multiple evolving businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end finance operations across multiple group entities.
- Assist in financial structuring, consolidation, and reporting for diversified businesses.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for leadership review.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with promoters and senior leadership on business expansion, acquisitions, and investment-related activities.
- Develop and streamline financial controls, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial efficiencies.
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and financial feasibility assessments.
Candidate Profile
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com (Hons.) with strong finance fundamentals.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, MIS, or business finance roles.
- Candidates from liquor, beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, family office, or diversified business groups will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and business structuring.
- Ability to handle multiple businesses and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and execution capability.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
