Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting audits. The candidate will coordinate financial reporting, analyze data to provide strategic insights, and assist in financial planning and forecasting. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and ensure financial stability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Expertise in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial tools, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare or dialysis industry will be an advantage
