Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Business Development, located in Pune Division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements, monitor market trends, and drive business growth initiatives. The position involves generating strategic plans to meet sales targets and improve organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, client relationship management, and market trend analysis
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing and automotive sectors are advantageous
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English and familiarity with local languages in Pune Division is a plus
