Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager-B2B Sales role located in Pune Division. The Manager-B2B Sales will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and implementing effective business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and visit potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Handle 2nd and 3rd level client meetings/calls with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Demonstrate strong project know-how to effectively explain solutions, scope, and deliverables to clients.
• Manage complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closure.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong B2B sales experience with proven client-facing exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience interacting with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprise clients.
• Good understanding of project execution and solution-based selling.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
• Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
