Your responsibilities
The role includes administration, operations, vendor mgmt, infrastructure upkeep, safety & stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and maintenance.
- Manage facility administration projects such as renovations, expansions, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure uptime of utilities – HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, UPS systems.
- Handle space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace optimization.
- Coordinate with landlords for building-level services, compliance, and issue resolution.
Your profile
- 8–15 years of experience in facility management for large IT/corporate offices.
