Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for driving growth by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and providing technical solutions to clients in the Semiconductor and Battery sectors. The role involves engaging at early project stages, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships in high-growth, technology-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Semiconductor and Battery markets
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as engineers, consultants, OEMs, and decision-makers
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Manage key accounts, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of customer queries
• Track project pipelines and ensure alignment with timelines and customer expectations
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and technical forums
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and advancements in Semiconductor fabrication and Battery technologies
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Engineering roles
• Experience in Semiconductor, Battery, Cleanroom, or related high-tech industries is preferred
• Strong technical understanding of industrial processes and applications
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
