Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate in Housekeeping at Ramada by Wyndham, located in Reasi. The primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized environment, managing laundry services, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and addressing any housekeeping-related guest requests. The role also involves assisting in training team members and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry tasks
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience or ability to assist in Training and supporting team members
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
