Associate Zoho Consultant At Zentrino Digital LLP, we are building a new-age consulting practice focused on helping businesses transform through Zoho Products — from strategy and implementation to long term success. We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Associate Zoho Consultant who is eager to grow with us and contribute to building a strong consulting venture. You’ll be part of an exciting journey — learning, contributing, and shaping how organizations embrace digital transformation.

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English

Willingness to travel and stay at client locations when required
Curiosity to learn about business systems, technology & consulting
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirement Gathering & Consulting
• Interact with clients to understand business processes and pain points
• Gather and document functional requirements
• Suggest appropriate Zoho solutions based on client needs
• Visualize and design digital workflows
Implementation & Configuration
• Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People
• Set up modules, workflows, automation, and reports
• Assist in system integration and data migration
• Conduct product demos and client presentations
Training & Support
• Provide end-user training and onboarding
• Handle customer support requests professionally
• Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain documentation and progress reports
• Escalate issues or client concerns promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation
Personal Development
• Continuously work on self-improvement — “sharpening the saw” to perform better each day
Knowledge Required
Basic understanding of computers and software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Problem-solving mindset
