The Role
We are looking for an energetic Associate Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our content engine. In this hybrid role, you will bring business insights to life by creating scroll-stopping reels, YouTube shorts, and social media graphics. Perfect for a fresh graduate or hungry, self-taught creator.
Key Responsibilities🎬 Video Editing (60%)
- Short-Form Content: Edit high-retention vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn) with dynamic pacing, clean cuts, and kinetic typography.
- Audio/Visual Magic: Source and integrate stock footage, SFX, background music, and pop-culture overlays to elevate raw audio/video.
- Style Control: Maintain a sharp, recognizable editing style that aligns perfectly with our brand tone.
🎨 Graphic Design (40%)
- Carousels: Design text-heavy, educational carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn that simplify complex business concepts.
- Thumbnails: Create high-click-through-rate (CTR) thumbnails for YouTube and cover graphics for social media channels.
- Daily Visuals: Create clean branding layouts and routine social media assets.
What We’re Looking For
- The Kit: Proficient with Canva and professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut Desktop.
- The Eye: A solid grasp of design fundamentals (clean typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy).
- Startup Curiosity: A genuine interest in startups, tech, and business trends.
- Agility: Ability to ship assets efficiently and iterate quickly based on platform performance metrics.
- Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or active creative handle showcasing your best work is mandatory.
