🌟 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic AVP – Field Sales (Retail) to lead large field sales teams and drive SMB / Retail Merchant Onboarding for Google Ads solutions.
This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in offline retail distribution, capable of scaling merchant acquisition and building high-performance field sales teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and scale large retail field sales teams across territories.
🔹 Drive SMB and retail merchant acquisition and onboarding for Google Ads solutions.
🔹 Build and expand merchant networks and retail distribution channels.
🔹 Set targets, track performance, and ensure consistent field sales delivery.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and merchant success.
🔹 Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies for merchant expansion.
🔹 Mentor and develop high-performing sales leaders and field teams.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔️ 10+ years of experience in offline retail sales, distribution, or field sales leadership.
✔️ Proven experience managing and scaling large field sales teams.
✔️ Experience in SMB or retail merchant acquisition is highly preferred.
✔️ Exposure to Digital or Performance Marketing will be an advantage.
✔️ Experience in SaaS, AdTech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or platform-led businesses preferred.
✔️ Stable career track record with a minimum of 2 years in one organization.
✔️ Strong leadership presence with a high ownership and execution mindset.
🎓 Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
