Role & responsibilities
Were hiring a seasoned Associate Vice President, Enterprise Sales to build and lead our corporate sales team. You will own Pan-India enterprise revenue for MNS across Business Information Reports (BIR), soft B2B Collections, and adjacent risk/KYB services. Lead and scale a high-performing field team, land marquee logos, expand multi-LOB adoption, and run disciplined deal governance and forecasting. Target segments include large corporates, conglomerates, procurement-heavy enterprises, and fast-growing mid-market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Plan: Deliver quarterly/annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin; maintain 34 pipeline coverage with accurate stage hygiene and forecasts.
- Enterprise Acquisition: Drive new-logo wins in priority verticals (FMCG, Pharma, Auto, Infra/EPC, Metals, IT/ITeS, Logistics); map buying centers (Finance, Credit/Risk, Procurement, Treasury, Legal).
- Strategic Account Management: Build executive relationships (CFO/CPO/Head-Risk); run QBRs, success plans, and retention/expansion motions.
- Vertical GTM: Define ICPs, value propositions, and case studies per industry; orchestrate ABM campaigns with Marketing and event/association plays (e.g., FIEO, CII, export councils).
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure clean handoffs to Delivery; agree TAT/quality metrics, escalation paths, and adoption milestones.
- Partnerships/Alliances: Build referral/channel motions with procurement/ERP platforms, and international associates for cross-border cases.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10-15+ years of enterprise sales in B2B information services, risk/credit analytics, collections, fintech/SaaS, or adjacent services; consistent over-achievement vs. quota.
- Team leadership experience (managing managers preferred) with a record of building and scaling sales teams.
- Strong CXO-level selling and multi-stakeholder deal navigation (Finance, Procurement, Risk, Legal, IT/InfoSec).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence; strong commercial acumen and margin discipline.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
