Associate Vice President & Investment Partner – Operations & Business Development
Remote (India) | Equity-Based Leadership Role | Investment Required

BizSoKae Marketing and Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is building a next-generation business ecosystem platform that connects startups, freelancers, clients, services, and business tools in one place.
Along with our existing B2B services in branding, web development, recruitment, finance, and industrial solutions, we are now expanding our own SaaS platform and business ecosystem through app.bizsokae.com.
Recognised by StartUp India, BizSoKae is led by a founder with 10–15+ years of experience across manufacturing, industrial automation, startups, business development, and operations.
We are now looking for a serious business leader who wants to join not just as an employee, but as an Investment Partner and long-term growth leader.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Associate Vice President & Investment Partner – Operations & Business Development.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to actively help build the company while also participating as an investing partner.
You will work directly with the founder to:
- Drive business development and strategic growth
- Build partnerships, clients, and new revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute operational systems and business processes
- Identify expansion opportunities across services, SaaS, training, and startup ecosystem initiatives
- Support fundraising, investment planning, and long-term business strategy
- Help scale app.bizsokae.com and related future business verticals
- Contribute to major company decisions and long-term direction
This is not a traditional corporate AVP role. You'll join early with real ownership, direct involvement, and the chance to help build a large company.
Investment Requirement
This role requires both:
- Active involvement in operations and business development
- Financial investment in the company from the beginning
Indicative investment structure:
- ₹5–10 lakh: Leadership role + equity participation
- ₹10–25 lakh: Larger ownership, strategic involvement, and co-building role
- Higher investment may be considered for the right candidate
The final structure will depend on:
- Your experience and business network
- Your level of involvement
- Your previous startup, sales, or business-building experience
- Your investment contribution
Compensation & Commitment
This is an equity-based leadership opportunity in the initial stage.
There is no fixed salary at the beginning.
Instead, the selected candidate will receive:
- Equity/ownership in the company
- Leadership position and decision-making authority
- Opportunity to build and grow with the company from an early stage
- Potential future compensation and profit-sharing as the business scales
This role is suitable only for someone who:
- Believes in building a long-term company
- Is comfortable joining an early-stage venture
- Can contribute both time and investment in exchange for ownership and future upside

Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, operations, partnerships, sales, or startup growth
- Experience in finance, investment management, fundraising, or due diligence is an advantage
- Proven ability to build businesses, teams, partnerships, or revenue channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
- Experience in SaaS, B2B services, consulting, startups, marketplaces, or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred
