· Lead SK Finance's Digital Partnerships function and drive growth through strategic alliances with LSP and Fintechs.
· Build a sustainable digital sourcing ecosystem that contributes significantly to revenue and profit growth.
· Develop and integrate the partnerships with SK super apps and Digital Lending ecosystem
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage partnerships
- Develop long-term relationships with founders, CXOs
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics across partnership channels.
Experience and Qualifications
· 12+ years of experience
· MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.
· Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
· Experience in NBFC, Banks, Fintechs, Consumer Finance Companies, Vehicle Finance Businesses, MSME Lending Platforms, Digital Marketplace Ecosystems
· Certifications in Fintech, Digital Transformation, Partnerships, or Strategy would be an advantage
