Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Vice President, based in Bengaluru. The Associate Vice President will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing high-level operations, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning organizational strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, driving excellence in process execution, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless implementation of technology-driven solutions. The role entails high-level decision-making and leadership to foster company growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must currently be working in a similar role managing large Business Training Teams
- Open to Night Shift working and Travel
- Expertise in healthcare operations, process management, and industry regulations
- Experience with technology-driven transformation, process optimization, and scalable workflow design
- Proven ability to develop client relationships, foster collaborations, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance metric analysis
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or similar qualifications are an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector is highly desirable
