Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Associate in the VCFO Advisory team. The Associate will assist in providing Virtual CFO services, including strategic finance guidance, financial planning, and business performance analysis. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting financial decision-making processes, evaluating key performance metrics, ensuring compliance to regulations, and collaborating to create tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements. The role demands analytical rigor and commitment to ensuring the financial and operational success of clients.
Qualifications
- CA/ Inter CA
- Knowledge and skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Strategic Financial Planning
- Understanding of Compliance Management and Taxation Processes
- Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, and Attention to Detail
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools and software used for Financial and Business Analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic projects and environments
- Prior experience in financial advisory or consulting roles is highly desirable
