Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate US Accounting position, based in Indore. The associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, recording journal entries, leveraging accounting software, and supporting financial and accounting processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in financial records, adhering to applicable standards, and leveraging analytical skills to provide key insights for informed decision-making.

📍 Location: Indore (Work From Office)

🗓 Walk-in Day: Monday

🕒 Timing: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🕒 Working Hours: 04:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

📆 Working Days: 5.5 Days

👤 Who Can Apply?

✅ Freshers (0–6 months experience)

✅ Experienced candidates (1–3 years)

✅ CA Semi-Qualified

✅ MBA Finance

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Perform Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

• Assist in Taxation & Audit processes

• Handle Month-End & Year-End Closing

• Maintain accurate accounting records & reports
