Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing service experts at training centers
- Train experts on service quality, SOPs, grooming standards, and customer interaction
- Support onboarding and certification of experts post-training
- Monitor trainee performance and provide real-time feedback
- Ensure consistency and standardization in training delivery across batches
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance trackers
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Assist in improving training modules, content, and processes
