Role Description The Associate Trainer role at FACE Prep Campus is a full-time, The Associate Trainer will facilitate classroom and lab sessions, deliver curriculum-focused training, and support students in developing technical, communication, and employability skills. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting assessments, providing feedback and mentoring, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The role also involves collaborating with senior trainers and academic coordinators to improve training effectiveness, participating in curriculum enhancement, and supporting workshops, bootcamps, and placement preparation activities.
Qualifications
- Strong training or teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Comfort with using digital tools for teaching, such as learning management systems, online resources, and basic productivity software.
- Ability to plan sessions, manage classroom dynamics, and track learner performance effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a trainer, teacher, mentor, or corporate facilitator is preferred but not mandatory for promising early-career candidates.
- Interest in career development and employability training, with a learner-centric mindset and willingness to continuously upskill.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and corporate stakeholders.
