Role Description
We are seeking a fresher for the role of Associate, Tech + Operations (Customer Experience Systems) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India, with travel across Delhi NCR for customer deployments. The compensation for this role is ₹3.6 LPA.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between customers and the distributor, ensuring smooth communication, successful system rollouts, and strong on-ground support for the Feedbick platform. You will represent the technical face of the product in customer interactions, support live demos, and help clients understand how data can improve their operations.
Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring IoT devices at customer locations, supporting pilot launches, training on-ground staff, and troubleshooting real-time issues during deployments. You will also work with dashboards and reports to identify patterns such as complaints, delays, or inefficiencies, and help translate these into actionable insights for customers.
This role is designed for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to IoT systems, customer-facing technology, and real-world operations, with a strong learning curve and growth potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn how real-world tech systems operate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in customer-facing situations
- Basic understanding of IoT systems, device setup, or troubleshooting is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret dashboards and derive insights
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for deployments and customer support
- Strong interest in building a career in IoT, deployments, and technology operations
