We are hiring an Associate Team Leader (Sales) with 2+ years of experience in high-ticket EdTech sales.
This role begins as a strong IC position with a clear path to leading a sales team.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can handle pressure, targets, and ownership, and brings a growth mindset with strong closing ability.
Role Structure
• Work From Home (First 3-4 Months)
• First 1–2 Months: Pure IC Role
• Then: Handle a team
👉 Closer → Then Leader
Roles & Responsibilities (Hardcore Sales)
• Close high-ticket programs.
• Handle leads → follow-up → close
• Hit daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Track your funnel (calls → leads → conversions)
• Push follow-ups till closure
• After Month 1–2:
- Manage team
- Drive their targets
- Fix their calls
- Ensure team revenue
