Company Description Vidya Vana Learning Centre is an education-focused organization dedicated to helping learners achieve academic success. The centre offers tuition for students from Grade 3 to 6 across all subjects, and from Grade 7 to 12 in Math and Science. Role Description The Associate Teacher-Physics (Part Time) will support Physics instruction for middle and high school learners, primarily in an on-site setting located in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and delivering engaging Physics lessons aligned with the centre’s curriculum, assisting with doubt-clearing sessions, and guiding students through problem-solving and exam preparation. The Associate Teacher will collaborate with senior teachers to create instructional materials, conduct periodic assessments, and provide constructive feedback to learners and guardians. This is a part-time role that requires regular classroom presence during scheduled hours and active participation in academic meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in classroom or small-group instruction in Physics.
- Ability in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured learning activities and supporting student skill development.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex Physics concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Education, or a closely related field (or current enrollment in such a program).
- Comfort working with school-aged learners (Grades 7–12) and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru during part-time scheduled hours, with a reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Familiarity with local and international academic curricula and exam patterns is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is beneficial for supporting communication with learners and families.
