Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition with strong experience in candidate sourcing within the Financial Services industry. The role will focus on building talent pipelines and supporting recruiters for timely closures.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial sourcing calls
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases for sourcing
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain ATS updates, sourcing trackers, and MIS
- Support volume and priority hiring requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on sourcing/recruitment experience
- Mandatory exposure to BFSI / NBFC / Housing Finance hiring
- Strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
