Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Student Conversion, based in Noida. The role involves engaging with prospective students, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding accommodations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing inquiries, maintaining communication with students throughout the booking journey, and utilizing company tools to ensure smooth conversions. The associate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and collaboration
  • Proficiency in sales or negotiation techniques and customer service practices
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries, manage processes, and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of technology platforms, especially CRM tools and other operational systems
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a student-centric approach
  • Experience in sales or client relations is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; an academic background in Business or Communication is preferred
