Job Title: Associate – Structures
Location - Gurgaon
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Structural / Infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis activities for infrastructure projects
- Review and approve structural design calculations, drawings, and reports
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design integration and project execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and design teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions
- Support project planning, design deliverables, and timely submission of documents
- Coordinate with drafting and BIM teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings/models
Software Skills
- Proficiency in MIDAS, STAAD Pro, and BIM 360
- Knowledge of advanced structural analysis tools will be an advantage
Key Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of structural design and infrastructure systems
- Ability to manage design deliverables independently
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination with internal teams and clients
- Leadership skills and ability to guide team members effectively
