Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate, Strategic Partnerships (India) to support Rang De’s engagement with Family Offices, HNWIs/UHNWIs, and Wealth Managers who are driving strategic, impact-first capital allocation.
This role sits at the intersection of philanthropy and social investing, and is focused on enabling individual-led capital—not institutional CSR or grant-based fundraising.
You will work closely with VP, Investments & Partnerships to build and nurture relationships with wealth advisors, philanthropic intermediaries, and high-net-worth individuals, positioning Rang De as a trusted platform for deploying impact capital.
Roles & Responsibilities
HNWI/UHNWI & Family Office Partnerships
- Identify and map Family Offices, HNWIs/UHNWIs, and Wealth Managers aligned with impact-first or Strategic Partnerships approaches
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of individual-led capital partners
Wealth Manager Engagement
- Support outreach and engagement with wealth advisors and philanthropic networks
- Work with wealth management firms and philanthropic advisors to position Rang De within their client offerings as part of their impact portfolio
Investor Communication & Collateral
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality materials tailored for HNWIs/UHNWIs and Family Offices:
- Investment notes
- Social Impact reports
- Custom presentations
- Translate on-ground impact into clear, credible, and compelling narratives for individual investors
Relationship Management & Experience
- Support ongoing engagement with:
- Existing HNWIs/UHNWIs and Family Offices
- Strategic Partnerships partners
- Ensure a high-trust, high-touch experience through:
- Regular updates
- Performance insights
- Thoughtful communication
Insights & Strategy Support
- Track investor behavior, preferences, and engagement trends
- Support the team in refining:
- Investor journeys
- Conversion strategies
- Retention and repeat investment mechanisms
Ecosystem Building
- Represent Rang De in philanthropy and wealth ecosystems
- Support participation in curated forums, roundtables, and invite-only networks
- Build relationships with intermediaries shaping the Strategic Partnerships landscape in India and globally
You will enjoy this role if you:

- Understand how HNWIs/UHNWIs and Family Offices think about capital allocation
- Enjoy building relationships with sophisticated stakeholders
- Can combine storytelling with financial and impact thinking
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Wealth management / Private Banking / Family Office ecosystems
- Strategic Partnerships or Investor Relations role
- Strong communication and writing skills (investor-facing materials)
- Ability to engage thoughtfully with HNWI/UHNWI and advisor audiences
- High ownership and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setup
- Prior exposure to impact, philanthropy, or alternative investments is preferred
- Strong alignment with Rang De’s mission
