This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Staff Engineer, SharePoint in India.
This role is designed for experienced engineers who are ready to move beyond routine development and contribute to the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions. You will work in a global, collaborative engineering environment where technical excellence, innovation, and ownership are highly valued. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions, including sites, workflows, and integrations.
- Build scalable and secure enterprise collaboration platforms aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and support customization using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and related tools.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and usability of SharePoint environments across enterprise users.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SharePoint development and administration (SharePoint Online and/or On-Premise).
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to .NET, Azure, or other Microsoft cloud services is a plus.
