Associate/ Sr. Associate - Inside Sales
Location: Delhi NCR
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 in-hand per month + Uncapped Incentives
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)
Preferred Candidate:
- Fresh graduates from top Delhi University colleges such as SRCC, Hindu College, Hansraj College, Kirori Mal College, Lady Shri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, Miranda House, Ramjas College, and Venky.
- Strong academic consistency with 90%+ in both 10th and 12th standards.
- Excellent communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership mindset with strong learning agility and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, telecom, consulting, or client-facing roles.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned accounts—from onboarding and relationship management to upselling and renewals
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client requirements and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to build long-term relationships and maximize retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and quick resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain detailed client interactions and sales updates in CRM systems.
- Participate actively in training sessions, LMS modules, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
