We're Hiring: Intern - Associate Software Trainee
SmartGrow Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated final-year students and fresh graduates to join us for a 3-month internship in Python-based web development. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to work alongside our engineering team, build real projects, and gain solid industry exposure at the start of your career.
What you'll do:
- Assist in building and maintaining web applications using Python
- Work on backend logic, APIs, and database integration
- Contribute to front-end integration (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team discussions
- Complete guided learning modules and small project assignments
What we're looking for:
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related streams
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and how web apps work)
- Familiarity with any Python web framework (Django or Flask) is a plus
- Exposure to databases (SQL) and Git is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills
