We're looking for
Associate Software Engineers!
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance applications, modules, custom reports, and system interfaces
- Convert functional and technical requirements into scalable architectures and robust design solutions
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high-quality delivery
- Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges efficiently
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver timely and impactful solutions
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for system design, codebase, and development workflows
- Customize and optimize modules to meet evolving business needs
- Integrate systems and platforms to enable seamless data flow and interoperability
- Ensure application reliability through continuous support, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Contribute across the full stack, leveraging modern cloud technologies
- Explore and build innovative solutions using Generative AI technologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including domain experts and scientists, to drive high-impact outcomes
