Role Description This full-time Associate Software Engineer role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and services that support Haus Velmour’s digital platforms, including e-commerce and internal tools. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and marketing. The Associate Software Engineer will also assist in integrating third-party services, optimizing performance and security, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming in one or more modern languages (e.g., React, Express, JavaScript, MogoDB).
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to apply them to design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, cloud services, or luxury retail technology is a plus.
- Expirience range 0-2 Years.
- Only B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/IT graduates are allowed. no other background graduates are allowed even if they have completed any certification from any coaching or institute.
