This role is designed for individuals who are serious about building strong engineering foundations. You’ll work closely with experienced developers to build, test, and improve software systems while learning how high-quality products are actually developed and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under guidance from senior engineers
- Assist in developing, testing, and debugging software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and design
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to performance improvements
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and development processes
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing feature enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software development concepts
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Internship or academic project experience
- Exposure to frontend, backend, or cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Basic understanding of testing and debugging processes
