Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-impact Associate Software Developer who operates with a product-first mindset and has strong ownership over frontend systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build scalable user experiences while staying aligned with backend architecture and overall system design.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications that are performant, scalable, and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Own end-to-end frontend development with a strong focus on UX, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship features fast and efficiently
- Translate product requirements into robust, production-ready code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing
- Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend system design
- Integrate APIs and understand backend workflows to ensure seamless data flow
- Continuously improve development workflows, tooling, and performance benchmarks
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and Vite
- Deep understanding of React ecosystem, hooks, and component-driven architecture
- Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with state management (Context API, Zustand, Redux, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, API integration, and asynchronous programming
- Basic understanding of backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure
- Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with TanStack (Query, Router, Table, etc.)
- Understanding of SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering strategies
- Exposure to TypeScript for scalable codebases
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Awareness of web security best practices
- Experience working in product-based environments
