About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Associate – Social Media with
1–2 years of prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media execution, content planning, and client servicing. This role requires strong client-facing skills, cross-team coordination, and the ability to deliver high-quality social media campaigns across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with client objectives
- Coordinate daily with internal teams (copy, design, strategy) and clients for inputs, feedback, and approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of content across platforms
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
- Client Management & Servicing
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins
- Gather feedback and align on ongoing deliverables
- Respond promptly to client queries to ensure high satisfaction
- Platform Management & Understanding
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and new features
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions)
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking
- Track industry trends to refine strategy
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem (excel, powerpoint)
- Should have intermediate skills in reel shooting/phone shot content for content calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with innovative ideation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
