The Opportunity
The candidate will play a central role in managing the end-to-end candidate journey from initial outreach and program onboarding through training, placement, and early employment retention. Working closely with internal teams, trainers, and employer partners, she/he will monitor training governance, track candidate milestones, and proactively address challenges that may impact outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about creating real employment impact.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Coordination:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, including candidate profiles, program details, and client information.
- Safeguard data integrity and maintain data privacy standards.
- Maintain and update the MIS database to track and monitor candidate progress, training programs.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide valuable insights for program improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and training, to ensure seamless coordination
- and communication regarding candidate progress and program updates.
Candidate Outreach:
- Communicate with candidates to seek feedback, provide updates, support, and resources for skill development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing training needs, job challenges, and program-related queries.
- Gather candidate feedback on training quality and overall program experience to inform continuous improvement.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates awaiting placement to keep them informed, motivated, and job ready.
- Coordinate with the training partners to ensure candidates are adequately prepared and briefed ahead of interviews.
Candidate Retention:
- Monitor candidate engagement levels and flag early signs of dropout or disengagement for timely intervention.
- Implement targeted retention efforts - including counselling and support - to reduce program attrition.
- Track post-placement candidates during their early employment period to ensure smooth transition and address on-the-job challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of retention efforts and candidate status for reporting and analysis.
Governance:
- Coordinate with trainers to monitor session quality, attendance, and delivery standards, escalating concerns where necessary.
- Identify candidates falling behind in training and work with relevant teams to put support in place.
- Maintain structured records of training progress and assessment scores for each candidate.
- Identify potential roadblocks and work proactively to address them.
Qualifications:
- Preferred previous experience in Hospitality recruitment, training, or HR coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
