About Role:
This role will own day-to-day execution of warranty SLAs and service operations. The person will ensure minimal classroom downtime and act as the bridge between customers, vendors, and internal quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own warranty ticket SLAs
- Warranty Process Improvements
- Track and restock service inventory
- Coordinate for Warranty service tickets with partnered service vendors network service
- Track and Monitor Warranty claims from suppliers/ manufacturers
- Work with the Manufacturing and Quality teams on tracking and monitoring failure patterns to improve the long-term product quality
Key Requirements:
- Experience in hardware service operations
- Electronics repair and teardown skills
- Good communication skills, both written (English) and verbal (English & Hindi)
- Strong data and cost tracking skills
- Strong Vendor and customer coordination skills
