About the Role

The Associate / Senior Associate – College Operations & Student Success represents IIDE on-ground at partner colleges and is responsible for end-to-end ownership of college operations, academic delivery, and student success outcomes.

This role involves managing day-to-day academic coordination, ensuring smooth program execution, and delivering a high-quality student experience across the entire lifecycle. In addition to execution, the role also includes stakeholder management, handling escalations, improving processes, and contributing to overall program quality and retention. The individual will work closely with students, faculty, college authorities, and internal teams while ensuring operational excellence on-ground.

What You’ll DoCollege Operations, Academic Delivery & Student Success
  • Represent IIDE on-ground at assigned partner colleges and build strong relationships with faculty, academic teams, trainers, and college stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day academic operations including schedules, sessions, and classroom delivery
  • Ensure timely setup and uninterrupted functioning of classrooms, LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and all academic tools in line with defined standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student and college queries, ensuring timely resolution within defined TATs
  • Monitor and drive key student success metrics including attendance, engagement, assignment and project submissions, examination completion, retention, CSAT, and NPS
  • Identify at-risk students early and proactively implement interventions to improve retention and overall student experience
  • Handle and resolve operational, academic, and student-related escalations with proper documentation and coordination with internal teams
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, or improvement areas in program delivery and drive resolution
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of academic, engagement, and fee-related data
College Partnerships & Admissions Support (March–July)
  • Support end-to-end admissions execution during the peak cycle at partner colleges
  • Counsel inbound and walk-in prospects and assist with lead qualification and follow-ups
  • Coordinate enrollment confirmations, documentation, and maintain CRM data accuracy
  • Execute on-ground seminars, workshops, demos, and short-term programs to support enrollments and brand visibility
  • Support onboarding and operational alignment of new partner colleges

Note: Admissions responsibilities are seasonal and do not constitute a year-round sales role.

Career & Placement Support
  • Plan and execute placement-related activities and scheduling across the program lifecycle
  • Organize workshops, masterclasses, and industry interactions to enhance student exposure
  • Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and recruiter coordination
  • Collaborate with internal placement teams to ensure student readiness and smooth execution of placement processes
Who You Are
  • 1-3 years of experience in academic operations, student success, college partnerships, or coordination roles
  • MBA / PGDM graduates or final-year students (any specialization) can apply
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle escalations and work in an ownership-driven environment
  • Comfortable in execution-heavy, on-ground roles
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Based in Mumbai
